Description
This cheesy chicken wrap is golden, crispy, and full of juicy chicken, melted cheese, and creamy garlic sauce. Perfect for lunch, meal prep, or an easy dinner.
Ingredients
2 large chicken breasts, diced
4 large flour tortillas
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add seasoned chicken and cook for 6–8 minutes until golden and fully cooked. Let cool slightly.
3. Lay tortillas on a flat surface. Spread garlic sauce, add chicken, and top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
4. Fold tortillas into wraps. Grill each wrap for 2–3 minutes per side in a non-stick pan until cheese melts and outside is golden.
5. Remove from pan, slice in half, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
Swap garlic sauce with ranch or chipotle mayo for variation.
Store cooked wraps in foil in the fridge for 2 days or freeze ungrilled for longer storage.
