Delicious Chicken Caesar Wraps that are perfect for busy families looking for a quick and healthy meal option.
Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
4 large flour tortillas (or whole wheat for a healthier option)
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: croutons for crunch, avocado slices for creaminess
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, and cherry tomatoes. Toss until everything is well coated.
Lay out each tortilla on a flat surface. Spoon a generous amount of the chicken Caesar mixture onto the center of each tortilla.
If desired, add croutons for added crunch and avocado slices for creaminess.
Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it from the bottom up to form a wrap. Ensure it’s tightly rolled to prevent any filling from falling out.
Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for easy transport.
