Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
1 cup ranch dressing (homemade or store-bought)
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
4 large flour tortillas (whole wheat or gluten-free can be used)
Optional: 1/2 avocado, sliced
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken and ranch dressing until the chicken is well-coated.
Lay out a tortilla on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of the chicken mixture in the center.
Top the chicken mixture with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and green onions.
If using, add slices of avocado for extra creaminess.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling.
Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.
Notes
