Description

These Crack Breakfast Sliders are loaded with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, melted cheddar, and brushed with buttery ranch glaze. A perfect make-ahead breakfast or brunch hit.

Ingredients

8 large eggs

1/4 cup heavy cream

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon butter

1 lb bacon

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

2 tablespoons melted butter

1 tablespoon ranch dressing mix

1 (12 oz) package Hawaiian rolls

Optional: hot sauce, avocado, fresh herbs

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.

2. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, cream, salt, and pepper.

3. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add egg mixture and scramble gently. Set aside.

4. Cook bacon until crispy. Break into fourths. Set aside.

5. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping the sheet intact. Place bottoms in prepared baking dish.

6. Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese on the bottom layer.

7. Layer scrambled eggs evenly over cheese, then add bacon pieces. Top with remaining 1 cup cheese.

8. Place the top half of the rolls over the filling.

9. Mix melted butter with ranch dressing mix. Brush over tops of rolls.

10. Bake uncovered for 15–20 minutes until cheese melts and tops are golden.

11. Cool slightly, slice, and serve hot.

Notes

Use thick-cut bacon or turkey bacon for variation.

Can be made ahead, covered, and baked the next morning.

Reheat in oven for best texture. Avoid microwave to preserve crispness.
