Description
A vibrant, tropical summer drink made with fresh dragon fruit, lime juice, water, and natural sweetener. Light, hydrating, and stunningly colorful.
Ingredients
2 ripe dragon fruits (approx. 400g)
4 cups chilled water
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
2–4 tbsp agave syrup or honey (to taste)
Instructions
1. Cut dragon fruits in half and scoop out the flesh into a blender.
2. Add chilled water and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
3. Taste and add sweetener as needed. Blend again briefly.
4. Strain through a fine mesh sieve if a smoother texture is preferred.
5. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
6. Serve over ice with lime slices or mint.
Notes
Use magenta-fleshed dragon fruit for the most vibrant color.
Sweetness can be adjusted depending on fruit ripeness.
Try sparkling water for a fizzy version.
