Description
Garlic butter chicken bites with creamy parmesan pasta is a fast and flavorful one-pan meal with juicy chicken, bold garlic, and a rich parmesan cream sauce.
Ingredients
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
8 ounces fettuccine or linguine
1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Mince garlic and cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium-high heat.
3. Add chicken and cook until golden and fully cooked, about 5–7 minutes.
4. Add minced garlic, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for 1 minute.
5. Add remaining butter and stir in heavy cream.
6. Reduce heat and stir in grated parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
7. Cook pasta until al dente; reserve 1/2 cup pasta water before draining.
8. Add pasta to skillet with chicken and sauce.
9. Stir to combine, adding pasta water as needed for desired consistency.
10. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
Use freshly grated parmesan for best texture. You can add broccoli or spinach for a veggie twist. This dish is best served fresh.
